As part of our commitment to support Kroger and their Vendor Partners, Tactiq invites vendors to attend our ongoing GlobalWorx training forums throughout the year. These vendor training forums are designed to educate new associates on how the program works, review updates or enhancements to the GlobalWorx Platform, and reinforce service expectations.
Please review the training materials below and select a session using the registration link. Each training forum will have the exact same structure and content and will be approximately 30 minutes long. The training forum will be conducted on Microsoft Teams. Please ensure you have the ability to view the presenter’s screen for the PowerPoint presentation and live demonstration.
