As part of our commitment to support Family Dollar and their vendor partners, Tactiq invites vendors to attend our ongoing GlobalWorx Platform training sessions throughout the year. These vendor training sessions will educate new associates on how the program works, review updates or enhancements to the GlobalWorx Platform, and reinforce service expectations.

Each training webinar will have the exact same structure and content and will be approximately 30 minutes long. The training webinar will be conducted on Microsoft Teams. Please ensure you have the ability to view the presenter’s screen for the PowerPoint presentation and live demonstration.
