What is GlobalWorx?
GlobalWorx is a web-enabled platform that streamlines store and vendor communication by managing updated contacts, eliminating inefficient communication methods, and tracking service activity. Vendors are immediately notified when service issues arise in the store via email and phone, and can even view service alerts during check-in at the tablet. The platform provides transparent service alert tracking for both parties during the alert life cycle, and the data is aggregated into actionable reporting to help improve out of stock conditions and store service levels.

Why did I receive a service alert?
You received a service alert because you were designated by your company to receive and respond to service alerts submitted by the stores you service. If you believe you were contacted in error, please contact AccountServices@TactiqTech.com .
Do I need to download an app to use GlobalWorx?
No, GlobalWorx is a web-enabled platform that does not require an app to download. You will receive an email for each service alert, which contains a link to our platform to accept and complete alerts.
How can I make sure I receive service alert phone calls?
To ensure you receive service alert phone calls, save 1-866-485-5915 to your contacts.
Can I turn off phone calls?
If you would like to opt out of receiving phone calls, please email AccountServices@TactiqTech.com.
How can I make sure I receive service alert email notifications?
If you are not receiving email notifications, please check your spam folder and save MailAgent@Synergies4U.com to your contacts. If you are still not receiving emails, please email AccountServices@TactiqTech.com.
How do I update my contact information and/or the stores I service?
Changes to the contact template can only be made by the designated Key Contact. Please email AccountServices@TactiqTech.com and they will assist with any changes to the contact template for your company.
I no longer service a store and/or retailer, how do I remove myself from the platform?
Please email AccountServices@TactiqTech.com to be removed from the platform.
